I've tried enabling it with the CsEnabled registry key in Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power and then rebooting, alas it does not appear. sudo lshw -C network output :
I found a workaround for this for any future onlookers who are stuck without Ethernet/WIFI drivers: Put network drivers from your mobo’s website on a USB drive. From windows 11 setup, press SHIFT + F10. Inside cmd, type “start explorer”. From explorer, navigate to your drivers and install as usual. Edit: formatting.

They can only see the 6GHz network using the old driver which Microsoft provided to Windows Insider Preview to initially enable Wi-Fi 6E in Windows 10. Oh, if you are using the AX11000 router, that is a Wi-Fi 6, not a Wi-Fi 6e device. You need the AXE11000 0r the new AXE16000
